Need a garment that is not listed? Describe it in the brief and we tell you straight away whether we have a factory for it.

Logo and reorders

Your logo on every piece, and the same uniform next year

Branding is part of the production order, and the patterns and specs stay on file, so the uniform you approve now is the one you reorder later.

Option 01

Embroidery

Your logo stitched in thread. The usual choice for polos, shirts, chef jackets, blazers, scrubs and work jackets.

Send
A vector logo (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and your thread colors.
Good to know
Very small text and fine lines are simplified so they read in thread. You approve the stitched logo on the sample.
Option 02

Print

Your logo printed on the garment. Suits large marks, back prints and fabrics where thread is not the best fit.

Send
A vector logo and your ink colors.
Good to know
Embroidery and print are available on hi-vis and flame-resistant garments too; the logo has to suit the standard. We confirm placement and method with the factory before the sample.

Reorder the same uniform

Uniform programs run for years. New staff join, sizes wear out. We plan for that from the first order.

  1. Approve once

You sign off the sample of each style: fit, fabric, logo size and placement.

  2. Kept on file

The patterns and specs are kept, so the same uniform can be made again.

  3. Reorder when you need it

New staff or replacement sizes: send a reorder brief with the styles and sizes. The minimum for a reorder comes with the quote, and repeat orders skip sampling.

Hi-vis and flame-resistant

Protective workwear, made to the standard you name

Tell us the standard and class your crews need. Certified garments are made to that standard, and the certificate for the exact fabric or garment is shared with your quote, before you order.

Standards buyers name most often
StandardWhat it coversTypical garmentsWhere
ANSI/ISEA 107High-visibility safety apparel, by Type (O, R or P) and Class (1, 2 or 3)Vests, shirts, jackets, trousersUnited States
NFPA 2112Flame-resistant clothing for industrial personnel exposed to flash fireShirts, trousers, jacketsUnited States
EN ISO 20471High-visibility clothing, Class 1, 2 or 3Vests, jackets, trousersEurope & UK
EN ISO 11612Protective clothing against heat and flameShirts, trousers, jacketsEurope & UK
EN 343Protection against rain, rated for water penetration and breathabilityRain jackets and trousersEurope & UK

The certificate comes with the quote

We do not claim a certification for any factory on this page. The certificate for the fabric or garment you order is shared with your quote, before you place the order.

Your logo on protective garments

Embroidery and print are available on hi-vis and flame-resistant garments too. The logo must not cover the areas a hi-vis standard counts, and thread or print on flame-resistant garments has to suit that standard. We confirm both with the factory before the sample.

Plain-English summary, not legal or safety advice. Your safety lead decides which standard and class apply to each job. Staff in Europe or the UK too? Name the EN standard in the brief.

Timeline · Uniforms

From brief to delivery in 8–12 weeks

These timings apply to every product we place. For uniforms, the logo and the size split are the usual swing factors, so send your logo file and size list with the brief.

  1. Day 1

    Send the brief

Product, quantity, fabric, target cost and date. We reply within 24 hours and quote our fee in writing before any work starts.

  2. 3–5 working days

Tech pack, if you need one

Optional. $79 per style with 2–3 revision rounds. Skip it if your tech pack is ready.

  3. 2–4 weeks

    Sampling

A sample of each style with your logo embroidered or printed. Approve fit, fabric, logo size and placement before bulk.

  4. 4–6 weeks

    Bulk production

Cutting, sewing, logo and finishing after sample sign-off, packed by size.

  5. 1–5 days

    Ground shipping

Straight from the factory to your door or warehouse in the lower 48. No port, no customs broker, no import duty.

First order: 8–12 weeks from brief to delivery.

Repeat orders skip sampling. Fabric availability is the usual swing factor, so name your fabric early.

Three US hubs

Which hub fits uniforms and workwear

Uniform programs mix products, so we choose by garment: a woven shirt, a knit polo and a twill work trouser can go to different factories.

Sewing workshop in a brick-walled loft in a garment factory
Sewing workshop in a brick-walled loft

For hi-vis and flame-resistant garments, the certified fabric decides first. Product, fabric, quantity and timing decide the factory first; the hub follows from that. You get the factory’s name and direct contact, and you can visit before you sign off a sample.

What to put in your uniform brief

A uniform brief is about people as much as garments. The list below is enough to start; a photo of what your team wears today helps too.

100 pieces per style, split across the sizes your team needs. A polo and a chef jacket are two styles, so each starts at 100 pieces.

Yes. Your logo is embroidered or printed as part of the same order, not as a separate job. Send a vector file and your colors; you approve the logo size and placement on the sample.

Yes. The patterns and specs are kept, so you can reorder the same uniform for new staff or replacement sizes. Send a reorder brief with the styles and sizes; the minimum for a reorder comes with the quote, and repeat orders skip sampling.

Yes, made to the standard you need: ANSI/ISEA 107 for high visibility and NFPA 2112 for flame resistance in the US, or EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612 and EN 343 for staff in Europe. The certificate for the exact fabric or garment is shared with the quote, before you order. Your logo can be embroidered or printed on these garments too. Name the standard and class in your brief.

No. Every uniform is made to order for your company. There is no stock catalog or webshop, which is why the minimum is 100 pieces per style.
