Do you take commissions from the factories?
No. Every package is a flat fee paid by you in USD. Factories never pay us, and we don't take kickbacks. This is the only way our country and factory recommendations stay honest, across all 15+ countries we route to.
What's the difference between the $39 Directory and the $490 Sourcing service?
The Directory ($39) gives you all 200+ factories across 15+ countries with direct contacts, MOQs, and certifications, and you do the outreach. Sourcing ($490) is done-for-you: we pick the right country first, then 3 candidate factories matched to your brief, warm-intro you, and confirm MOQ + price + lead time before you ever email. Buy the Directory if you want full control. Book Sourcing if you want to skip 6 weeks of trial and error.
Can I buy a Tech Pack without Sourcing or Consulting?
Yes. Tech Pack Creation ($290 per style) is standalone. Most founders buy it before their first factory conversation. A solid tech pack turns "thanks, we'll pass" into "here's a quote" whether you're emailing Portugal, Turkey, Vietnam, or any country in our network.
How long do projects take?
Country shortlist: 5 business days. Factory Sourcing: 10 business days to match and intro 3 candidate factories. Tech Pack: 5 working days per style (including 2 revision rounds). Consulting: end-to-end on one production cycle, starts within a week of booking. Retainer: ongoing month-to-month, factory intros begin in week 1.
Who is this NOT for?
Brands chasing the absolute lowest unit cost (Bangladesh is in our network but we're not racing prices to the bottom). Footwear, bags, or hard-good producers (we only do apparel and textiles). Fast-fashion drop-ship operations (we only work with founders building real brands). Sub-50-unit one-offs (no country in our network produces those economically).
Refunds?
Tech Pack and Consulting: 100% refundable before work starts. Sourcing: 50% refundable before factory intros are made, 0% after, because the intros are the deliverable. Retainer: cancel anytime, no refund on the current month. Directory: 14-day refund if you haven't downloaded the contact list. No hidden fees in any package.
