Do you take commissions from the factories?
No. Every plan is a flat fee paid by you in USD. This is how our production assignments stay honest. We route your order to the factory in our group built to produce it, not to whoever pays us the most.
What's the difference between the $39 Directory and getting a factory introduction?
The Directory ($39) gives you access to all 200+ documented factories across 15+ countries with their product specialisms, MOQs, and contact details. You reach out yourself. A factory introduction is done for you: we review your brief, assign your order to the right factory in our group, and place your production directly with them. Pricing for introductions is shared privately after we've reviewed your brief. Buy the Directory if you want full control; get in contact if you want us to handle the placement.
Can I get a tech pack without a factory introduction?
Yes. Tech pack creation is available as a standalone service. Most founders get one done before their first production quote. A solid tech pack turns "thanks, we'll pass" into "here's a quote." Get in contact for details and turnaround times.
How long does it take?
Production assignment: 7 days from receiving a qualified brief. Tech pack: 5 to 7 working days per style, including two revision rounds.
Who is this NOT for?
Brands needing 10,000+ units at the lowest possible unit price (we're not built for that race to the bottom). Footwear, bags, or hard-good producers (we only do apparel and textiles). Fast-fashion drop-ship operations (we only work with founders building real brands).
Refunds?
If we review your brief and no factory in our group is built to produce it within 10 days, you pay nothing. For the tech pack service: fully refundable before work starts, non-refundable after the first draft is delivered. No hidden fees.
