  2. Step 22–4 weeks

    First sample

    The factory cuts and sews a first sample in your fabric, or the closest stock match. Stock fabric from a US mill keeps this at the short end.

  3. Step 3Visit welcome

    Fit and sign-off

    Fit session, corrections, then a signed-off sample. This is the best moment to visit: every factory is a domestic flight or a drive away.

    Bulk production

    Fabric ordered, cut, sewn and checked against the signed-off sample, from 100 units per style.

    FTC labelling and final check

    Plain “Made in USA” needs US-made fabric too. Sewn here from imported fabric, the label reads “Made in USA of imported fabric”. Every label also carries fiber content, your RN number and care instructions.

You get a reply to your brief within 24 hours, and a factory confirmed within about 7 days of a qualified brief. Sampling usually takes 2–4 weeks and bulk 4–6 weeks after sign-off. Then ground shipping takes 1–5 days to anywhere in the lower 48.
