20 factories across Portugal, Spain, and Turkey. Free PDF. 5,000 downloads in a week.

2021
Cost Calculator v1 launched

Founders wanted to compare landed cost across countries before reaching out. We built the math.

2022
Expanded beyond Portugal

Added Italy and Turkey for luxury tailoring and denim. First time we routed work outside Portugal.

2024
Asia and the Americas added

Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Mexico. Country count hit 15+. Every workshop visited before going on the list.

2026
200+ factories, in-person QC everywhere

Per-unit QC rolling out in every country we route to. Plus the Global Directory and the bi-weekly field notes go live.

2019 Today

From a tiny knitwear brand to 600+ founders helped

In 2019 we tried to launch a 200-piece knitwear line. It took 8 months and 22 factories across 3 countries to find one that would reply. We spent $4,500 on samples that never shipped. We almost quit.

When we finally cracked it, founders started DM-ing us asking how. We turned that knowledge into a directory, a cost calculator, and a sourcing service. Seven years later, we've helped 600+ brands launch production across 15+ countries, without the cold-email graveyard.

Three rules we never break

No factory kickbacks

We charge flat fees in USD. Factories never pay us, in any country. That's the only way our country and factory recommendations stay honest.

Founder-first answers

If your idea is a bad business, we'll tell you. If the country you want is wrong for your brief, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose a client than ship them into a wall.

Small batches matter

We route 100-unit runs to the countries that respect them (Portugal, Italy) instead of forcing brands into 1,000-unit MOQs in Asia. Indie brands built this industry.

Factory Sourcing

Country match first, then factory match. We map your styles, target price and MOQ to the right country, then to vetted workshops across our 15+ country network.

Tech Pack Rebuild

We translate your spec sheet to the standards of any factory in our network, catching grading errors before sampling. $290 per style. Saves 4 weeks per drop.

Sample Coordination

Rapid prototyping in the right country for your fabric and construction. Review, revise, and approve fits within one production sprint.
