From a small factory group to one that's supported 600+ brands worldwide

In 2019, a small group of factories across a handful of countries watched the same orders slip away: brands that sent briefs by email and never got a response, or ended up placed with a factory unprepared for their product and MOQ, no matter which country they tried.

The factories joined together to document their capabilities, MOQs, and real response times, and to give brands a single point of contact across every country in the group. Today, the group has helped 600+ brands produce worldwide, without the cold-email graveyard, wherever their brand is based.

2019
Started as a knitwear brand

Got ghosted by dozens of factories, in country after country. Took notes.

First directory shared publicly

A first batch of documented factories, shared as a free PDF with the fashion community.

2021
Launched Cost Calculator

Founders wanted to compare landed cost across countries before reaching out. We built the math.

2022
Expanded to Italy and Turkey

Added Italy and Turkey to the group for luxury tailoring and denim production.

2024
Asia and the Americas added

Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Mexico. Country count hit 15+. Every factory documented from company records, direct contact, or first-hand visits before going on the list.

200+ factories, QC rolling out group-wide

In-person QC rolling out across the group. Plus the Global Directory goes live: full factory contact data, MOQs, certifications, and direct outreach scripts.

Three rules we never break

No factory kickbacks

We charge flat fees in USD. Factories never pay us, in any country. That's the only way our country and factory recommendations stay honest.

Founder-first answers

If your idea is a bad business, we'll tell you. If the country you want is wrong for your brief, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose a client than ship them into a wall.

Small batches matter

We route 100-unit runs to the countries that respect them (Portugal, Italy) instead of forcing brands into 1,000-unit MOQs in Asia. Indie brands built this industry.

Tech Pack Support

We translate your spec sheet to factory standards across our group before production begins, catching grading errors before sampling.

Fast Sampling

Quality Control

Factories in our group conduct per-unit inspection before any order leaves the floor. Many offer third-party QC for larger runs on request, in every country.

DDP Shipping

Most factories in our group ship DDP, in any origin country. Customs, duties, and paperwork are handled at the factory end, not passed on to you.
