Free, no obligation. By sending, you agree to our privacy policy. We won’t spam you.

What to include

Send what you have. We ask for the rest by email.

  1. Tech pack, sketch or photos. No tech pack? Order one for $79 per style, ready in 3–5 working days.
  2. Fabric. Composition and weight, and whether it’s US-made or imported. That decides the label wording.
  3. Target price per unit, in USD. It tells us which factory fits.
  4. The date stock has to land. In your warehouse, not the ship date.

Inside production

Five stages between your brief and boxes at your door.

Every US run goes through the same floor work: sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing and a final check before it ships by ground. Tap a photo to open it.

Why brands send us their brief

Small runs, honest labels, stock that arrives by truck.

What changes when your production stays in the United States, and what we do to make it work for a small brand.

  • Minimum order 100 units

Per style and colorway, in every product family. Reorder what sells instead of warehousing a thousand of each.

  • Delivery 1–5 days

Ground shipping to the lower 48. No ocean freight, no customs, no import tariffs on the finished garments.

  • Labels

“Made in USA” that meets FTC rules

A plain “Made in USA” label means all or virtually all of the garment is made here, fabric included. We tell you which wording your product can carry.

    • US fabric, cut and sewn here: “Made in USA”
    • Imported fabric, cut and sewn here: “Made in USA of imported fabric”
    • The same origin wording on your product pages
  • Large US flag on the wall behind a row of industrial machines
    Factory visits

A drive or a domestic flight away

Check fit at the sampling stage or watch your bulk run. We arrange the visit.

  • Fees

    No commission from factories

The brief is free. Our fee is quoted in writing before any work starts and never tied to order size. The factory bills you directly.

  • Tell us what you’re making. We reply within 24 hours.

If the US doesn’t make sense for your product, we’ll say so in that first reply.

After you hit send

From a two-minute brief to stock on your shelf.

How a first US order usually runs. Fabric is the longest wait: stock fabric from a US mill keeps you at the short end.

  1. Day 1

    You send the brief

Product, quantity per style, fabric, target price and the date stock has to land. We reply within 24 hours, with an honest answer on whether the US fits.

  2. Within 7 days

    Factory confirmed

We place your order with a US factory that already makes your product, in the hub built for it: Los Angeles, New York or the Carolinas. One point of contact from sample to delivery.

  3. 3–5 working days, if needed

    Tech pack

No tech pack yet? We draw one for $79 per style, with 2–3 revision rounds, so the factory can quote and sample without a round of questions.

  4. 2–4 weeks

    Sample and fit

Fit sample, corrections, signed-off sample. The best moment to visit the factory and see it for yourself.

  5. 4–6 weeks

    Bulk production

Fabric ordered, cut, sewn, labelled with the correct origin wording, checked and packed.

  6. 1–5 days

    Ground shipping

Truck or parcel to your warehouse anywhere in the lower 48. No port, no customs broker, no duty invoice on arrival.

Send a brief

Our team reads it and replies by email within 24 hours. If a US factory fits your product and quantity, we tell you which hub it sits in (Los Angeles, New York or the Carolinas) and what we need from you next. If the US doesn’t make sense for your product, we say so in that first reply.

Sending a brief is free and there is no obligation. If we take the project on, we quote our fee in writing before any work starts, and it is never tied to your order size. We take no commission from factories, and the factory bills you directly for production.

Yes. A product, a rough quantity and your email are enough to start; we ask for the rest by email. A sketch or photo works in place of a tech pack. If you want one, our tech pack service is $79 per style, ready in 3 to 5 working days with 2 to 3 revision rounds.

From 100 units per style and colorway in every product family, denim, activewear and socks included. Put your quantity in the brief and we only place you with factories that take it.

Not on its own. A plain “Made in USA” label needs all or virtually all of the garment made here, fabric included. Cut and sewn here from imported fabric, the label reads “Made in USA of imported fabric”, or names the country. Answer the label question in step 3 and we tell you which wording your product can carry.

Yes. Many briefs are for a first production run. What helps most is a realistic brief: a clear product, a sensible quantity and a timeline that leaves room for sampling. We tell you whether the project fits before you spend anything.

Brands ordering 10,000+ units that want the lowest possible unit price, footwear and bag producers, and drop-ship operations. For everyone else, send the brief and we’ll tell you honestly if US production makes sense for your product.

Of course. Write to oneaimapparel@gmail.com with your product, quantity per style, fabric, target price in USD and the date stock has to land. Attach sketches, photos or a tech pack. Same reply time: within 24 hours.

US vs importing

Compare the landed cost, not the factory price.

A US unit price is higher. An overseas quote leaves out freight, duty and the stock you hold while it sails. Price your style in USD with the calculator, or send the brief and get real numbers from a US factory.

Overseas quote leaves out

  • Ocean or air freight to a US port
  • Customs broker fees and import duty on finished garments
  • Weeks on the water before you can sell
  • Higher minimums, so more cash tied up in stock

US quote already includes

  • Ground delivery in 1–5 days across the lower 48
  • No duty on the finished garment
  • Runs from 100 units, so you reorder what sells
  • A “Made in USA” label worded to FTC rules
